CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY

 

With every professional business there is a serious side... Thank you for taking the time to read, understand & appreciate how we can bring you the best customer service.

Please help us maintain this good service by providing us with the following courtesy.

We understand that circumstances arise that do not allow you to keep your appointment, but please remember to be courteous to us and our other clients by calling to cancel if you are unable to make your appointment.

Appointments of $100 or more require a 20% deposit on booking.

All appointments require 2 (business) days notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule.

Please call or sms as soon as you know you cannot make your appointment.

When you book an appointment with Feather Touch Brows / Feather & Co, that appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Cancellations within the time stipulated in our cancellation policy will allow us to attempt to schedule and service another client.

  • Deposits will be lost in the case of cancellations or rescheduling of appointments within 48hrs of your scheduled appointment time.

  • In the event that you need to reschedule, your deposit can be used to secure your new appointment time and date. Your deposit will be forfeited if you then reschedule for a second time. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable between clients.

  • Cancellations must be made 2 business days in advance, e.g. a Monday morning appointment must be cancelled by Friday morning in order for us to be able to allocate this appointment time to another client. 

  • Gift certificates risk part or full forfeit if less than the appropriate cancellation notice is given.

  • If you are running late you may have your treatment time shortened to avoid inconveniencing the client that has a booking after you. We reserve the right to refuse commencement of treatment due to time restrictions of clients arriving late.

  • If we haven't received a deposit and your appointment has been cancelled within the 48hour period prior to the commencement of the appointment a 20% late cancellation fee will be added to your next appointment.
